The Danish newspaper Ingeniøren puts spotlight on the new testing facilities at The Danish Technological Institute and the Pro-Enrich project.
The article focuses onThe Danish Technological Institute's scalable and flexible biorefinery that can retrieve new value from residues from food production.
"To counter the climate challenges, we need to apply circular thinking in the way we produce food today and try to avoid the harmful import of soy. I believe that we can produce most of the protein, we need, ourselves and make a solid business case aswell," Dissimination Manager at the Pro-Enrich Project, Kell Andersen, told Ingeniøren.
