On July 12th Tate & Lyle, Danish Technological Institute and Food & Bio Cluster Denmark held the fourth and final Pro-Enrich pre-market stimulation webinar addressing the food industry.
William Ballantyne from Tate & Lyle explained, among other things, what they have done in the project in terms of application tests of the rapeseed protein produced at the pilot plant at Danish Technological Institute (DTI) and what properties they are looking for in functional proteins. Senior Consultant at DTI, Marcel Tutor Ale, explained how he and his colleagues have processed the rapeseed processing residue at their pilot plant and went into some technical process details, and Louise Krogh Johnson from Food & Bio Cluster Denmark moderated the event and gave a brief introduction to the project at the beginning.
If you want to know in more detail what kind of useful ingredients we developed from our four biomass types (rapeseed, tomato, citrus, and olives):
If you are interested in learning more about the project, please contact us, or attend our final conference in Copenhagen or online on October 14th, 2021.
