BBC radio interview: how is UK making use of by-products from agriculture?

The BBC radio show Farming Today explores how the UK is making use of by-products from agriculture, things that some might see as waste but others can make use of. Dr. Adam Charlton from Pro-Enrich partner Bangor University shares his expertise.
