One of the ProEnrich project industry partners, GEA, has published an article about valorising food production waste through functional ingredients extraction in their company newsletter.
The article describes how GEA technology is used in the Pro-Enrich project to valorise valuable components from biomass residue processed in the Pro-Enrich project.
