This privacy policy details information collection practises related to your personal data and other related information and the limited manner in which the Pro-Enrich project will use and disclose the information provided to us when you responded the survey.
Food & Bio Cluster Denmark is the Data Controller for the processing of the personal data that we have received about you.

The General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, Art. 6 (1) (e), (processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller).
As we receive public funding in connection with our projects, we are obligated to be able to document and forward this information to our donors and the other partners in the project in question.
What do you consent to?

Categories of personal data
We process the following categories of personal data about you:
In addition to your opinion, we are collecting some personal information such as age, country of residence and educational status for socio-demographic purposes. The collected data will be saved and used until the end of the research period of the Pro-Enrich project. The data will be only used for the purpose of the Pro-Enrich project which is funded by the Bio Based Industries Joint Undertaking under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under Grant Agreement No 792050.
Recipients or categories of recipients
We store your data in Podio. CITRIX, which owns Podio, has prepared an end user service agreement, which relates to the GDPR. In addition, we have a data processor agreement with Citrix.
We also store data (email and name) in Survey Monkey, with whom we have a data processor agreement.
As we receive public funding in connection with our projects, we are obliged to be able to document and forward this information to our donors and the other partners in the project in question.
Storage of your personal data
We store your data for as long as we are obliged to do so in connection with the performance of our authorized activities, so that we can document our information. After that it will be anonymized or deleted.
